In the event of a motor vehicle accident:
Seek medical attention immediately if required or call 911 for emergencies
Report the motor vehicle collision and any injuries to a Manager/Director
Manager or Director: Report the incident by email to SBS incidents (incidents@scandibldg.com)
Manager or Director: Enter the incident investigation report (BISTrainer or SafeTapp)
Collect the Following:
Names & phone numbers of all drivers and witnesses
Take photos of vehicle registration, insurance, pink cards, and driver's licenses of all parties involved.
Take wide-angle photos of the collision location showing the placement of the vehicles on the road, etc. (not zoomed in on the damage to the vehicles)
The exact location of collision (road and cross streets, etc.) and the direction vehicles were travelling
